Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional engagement preference, optional entity-count note, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect aggregated visit statistics as described in our cookies page.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare fee estimates, and—if you become a client—to open engagement files. Legal bases include steps prior to entering a contract, our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiry records are typically retained for up to 24 months. Engagement records follow professional retention practices, often seven years or longer where Taiwanese accounting or tax rules require. Cookie identifiers follow the durations listed on the cookies page.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers who host email or site infrastructure, with professional advisers under confidentiality, or when required by law. Statutory auditors of mutual clients receive engagement outputs only as authorized in the engagement letter.

Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a provider processes data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable contractual and organizational measures appropriate to the transfer. You may contact us for further information about specific providers used for a given engagement.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing.
